24 systems1 operating layer

One intelligent layer instead of twenty-four tools.

Booking, dispatch, CRM, messaging, accounting, driver apps, telematics, HR, payments, compliance, licensing, maintenance, fuel, charging, support, procurement, travel, routing, security and reporting. Replaced by one layer that understands the information, makes the decision, acts across every system and asks a human only when judgement is genuinely required.

Route A · mountain road

Landslide risk high

42min

Route B · motorway

Better drainage, chosen

53min

Eleven minutes bought a route that stays open.

The best route is not the fastest one.

Traffic, closures, flooding, snow, wind, crime, civil disruption, vehicle height and weight, emissions zones, border queues, tolls, charging and driver familiarity all weigh on the choice. Eleven extra minutes on a well-drained motorway can remove most of the risk in a mountain road in heavy rain, so the system takes them.

Operations manager

Ask what needs your attention.

No hundred dashboards. The operations manager answers in plain language, and has already reallocated around the delayed flights, removed the supplier whose licence expires tomorrow, chased the overdue invoices and rerouted the airport journeys away from two flood-prone roads.

The bank is the biggest account and the least profitable one. The pricing engine knows before the renewal.

Every journey becomes money, automatically.

Invoices, payments, reconciliation, driver pay, subcontractor settlements, expenses and tax records are generated from the journey itself. Profit is known by journey, customer, vehicle, driver, route, city, supplier and contract, and the pricing engine quotes to protect it.

Compliance

Licensed, compliant and secure by design

Compliance is enforced continuously, not checked once a year. Licences, insurance, contracts and client requirements are live constraints on every dispatch decision.

  • Licence-aware dispatch

Operator, driver and vehicle licences, insurance, training and certificates are live objects, not PDFs in a folder. Anything expired, out of jurisdiction or outside its permitted activity simply cannot be assigned.

  • Contracts become rules

The AI reads customer and supplier contracts and turns pricing, cancellation terms, service levels, vehicle standards, insurance minimums and sustainability clauses into rules the dispatch engine enforces on every job.

  • Green compliance as a constraint

Euro standard, EV status, low- and zero-emission zones and client sustainability requirements are dispatch constraints. A client that requires zero-emission vehicles never gets anything else, and gets the ESG report to prove it.

  • Enterprise security

Role-based access, temporary journey links, encrypted sharing, data minimisation, audit logs, SSO and MFA. A hotel receives a guest ETA of 19:14 and never sees where the passenger came from or where they go next.

Built for every kind of ground transport

One operating system, 70 kinds of operation. A five-car chauffeur company and a national coach network run on the same objects, the same dispatch engine and the same compliance layer.

  • Chauffeur & executive transport

Roadshows, VIP movements, affiliate operators, flight tracking, waiting time and high-service-level contracts.

  • Limousine companies

Hourly bookings, weddings, proms, events, decorations, multiple stops and deposits.

  • Black-car services

High-volume urban bookings, surge demand, dynamic pricing and affiliate supply.

  • Taxi & private hire

Ride requests, driver, operator and vehicle licensing, fare rules, shifts and complaints.

  • Airport transfer companies

Flight numbers, terminals, actual landing, immigration and luggage assumptions decide when the driver arrives.

  • Hotel transportation

Reservations, concierge, guest arrival information and a revised ETA at reception when a flight slips.

  • Resort transportation

Weather, road access, terrain, ski and beach equipment and seasonal conditions built into every run.

  • Private aviation ground transport

FBO, passenger, chauffeur, luggage, security and hotel coordinated around aircraft arrival.

  • Entertainment VIP transport

Privacy, security and discretion for celebrities and high-profile clients.

  • Luxury retail transportation

Transport for high-value customers, booked by the store and settled by the brand.

  • Real estate viewing transport

Multi-property tours for clients, sequenced around appointments.

  • Casino transportation

Hotel, VIP and airport transportation, where lawful.

The operating model

Every operation reduces to eleven objects

Integrations

Connected to everything you already run

The point is not to display all of this in one dashboard. The AI reads it, decides, and acts across every system.

  • Booking channels

Unstructured requests become structured jobs. "The usual car for James after BA281 lands" is a complete booking.

One desk at a time.

Small iterations, not a big bang. Seamless, stupidly easy integration with the stack you already have. See what your business could save today.

  • Six-figure savings

Four people on one desk at £30k is £90k a year back. Five desks is a great deal more, and it stops growing when your volume does.

  • Small iterations

One agent, one desk, one week. Nothing is all at once. Add the next agent when you are ready, or never.

  • Stupidly easy integration

Seamless with the booking, dispatch, CRM and accounting software you already run. Nothing migrates, nothing is replaced.
